At Prime Behavioral Health, we are proud to offer the renowned services of Vishal Shah, MD. Dr. Shah graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Genetics and Computer Science and his medical doctorate with honors from Saba University School of Medicine. Dr. Shah is a Board Certified in Adult & Child Psychiatry. We are also honored to have Barbara S. Johnson, Ph.D., Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with us to serve our children. She has successfully served 17 years with Cook Children’s Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic in Ft. Worth, TX. Dr. Johnson is the recipient a Clinical Practice Award from Montreal, Canada, and has published articles in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing: Adaptation and Growth, as well as Child, Adolescent, & Family Psychiatric Nursing books. This wide variety of experience allows our staff at Prime Behavioral Health to confidently offer the best care and support system in Southlake while equally focusing on the safety of you and your child.
